Repair and troubleshooting the older model Pipeliner series controllers.

DO NOT USE THE FOLLOWING PAGES FOR THE NEWER MODEL PIPELINER!

In June of 2002 the Pipeliner machine board was changed to accommodate a much greater variety of welding machines.  This change also greatly simplified both installation and troubleshooting of the unit.

Pipeliner hand control units have not been modified and are still interchangeable among all Pipeliner remote control systems.

The Pipeliner-I and Pipeliner-II are discontinued.  The Pipeliner-I features are now available as an accessory and the Pipeliner-II has been incorporated into the standard Pipeliner.

The following pages are from the original operational and installation directions so that those owning our older models will have technical data available in the event that repairs, troubleshooting or reinstallation of older components are necessary.
