Universal idle control circuit boards
  WELDTRON UI (grounded output)

Our heavy duty "self contained" idler board.  Designed to be impervious to ignition noise and to drive up to 30 amp 12 volt solenoids.  Has both pull and release on trigger terminals and a self contained sensor for sensing both AC and DC together or independently.

Upgrade kits and boards for old vacuum idler systems.
  WELDTRON-57 Upgrade kit.

A kit to upgrade obsolete R-57 and K series vacuum idlers to electric solenoid systems.  Kit contains a Weldtron-UI idler board and a SOL-WT57 solenoid along with other electrical hardware to operate the system.

  Weldtron-UI-57UG

Modification for operational R57 vacuum idlers to idle up on the use of power or welding current.  Used to modify working R-57 idlers and is designed so that when the R-57 finally fails and parts cannot be obtained for repair, a simple addition of a Weldtron SOL-WT57 solenoid is all that it takes to completely replace the R-57 vacuum system.

  R-57 WT-UI Parts Kit

Additional parts to a Weldtron-UI to operate working Lincoln R-57 vacuum idlers.  Note: These parts come with the Weldtron-UI-57UG kit.

  SOL-WT57 12 volt solenoid

A powerful solenoid with 30 amps intermittent duty pulling power that switches to an internal .8 amp holding coil when the solenoid pulls completely in.  Spring loaded push out when deenergized.  Utilized in the Weldtron-57 idler control.  Has .25" quick connect tabs for easy wiring.
