Warranty is voided if the product is damaged
during installation. See voiding warranty below.
All products fabricated and manufactured by Weldtron, Inc. are warranted
for a period of one year from date of purchase against problems arising from poor workmanship or
normal parts failures occurring to our product under normal use.
This is a limited warranty and does not cover failures caused by factors
external to our product.
We reserve the right to repair or replace products received for warranty
claims.
Freight on incoming warranty repairs is not covered under warranty. If
the product received for repair is covered under warranty we will prepay the
return freight for normal UPS ground shipping. Expedited return freight is
solely at the cost of the customer.
Voiding Warranty:
Warranty of your product is automatically voided for the following reasons
or actions.
Errors in initial installation resulting in damages to the product.
Removal (or alteration) of any Weldtron, Inc. tags, labels or
identifying information.
Physical damages to product.
Abuse of product or failure to protect from weather or elements.
Attempted repairs (or tampering) to the product by anyone other than
Weldtron, Inc..
Failure to install or operate according to the instructions.
Damages caused by factors external to the product or failure of devices
external to our product. .
Obtaining repairs or warranty.
If your product fails and you require either warranty or repairs, please
follow the instructions below. We will repair your product (or replace it
upon our discretion) and return it to within a very short period of time.
Your product will have to be sent to us for repairs.
DO NOT SEND PRODUCTS IN FOR REPAIR WITHOUT CONTACTING US
FIRST!
A large number of products are sent for repair when no
problem exists. In the majority of these cases a simple phone call for
technical assistance would have saved both time and money for the customer in
the identification of the problem and subsequent correction thereof.
If a product is defective under warranty no charges will apply to the repairs.
If a product is sent in for warranty repairs and no
problems exist, a charge will be made for all time involved in the processing,
testing and repackaging of the product. In addition, return shipping
charges will be applied.
Include full information for us to return the products to a PHYSICAL
LOCATION. We do not ship toPOST
OFFICE or PERSONAL MAIL boxes for any reason. All returned
products after repair are sent "signature required" unless specifically
requested differently by the customer.
Payment information if the repair may not be covered under warranty or
if the item was sent in for repair.

In the event that your product fails and you need an
emergency replacement under warranty, the following procedures apply:
Contact us via phone, Email or FAX. We will ship you the
product but will charge you for the part and all associated costs.
You must make arrangements to pay for the part you are receiving
BEFORE shipment.
You will have a period of ten (10) normal working days
(M-F) to return the defective product to us. If the defective product is
not returned within the ten day period the sale of the shipped replacement item
becomes final even if we receive the defective product at a later date.
Upon receipt of the defective warranty item we will
perform tests on the product to determine the malfunction and/or the cause of the
malfunction.
If the failure is due to normal parts failure or
poor workmanship we
will return your money (or credit your account) for the replacement product we
shipped to you. This applies only if the 10 day return shipment rule was
complied with.
If the failure was caused by any action that is not
covered under warranty, or voids warranty, we will notify you and the
replacement product sent to you will not be credited or reimbursed. You have
the option to have the non-qualifying product repaired and returned to you as a
standard repair action.

SPECIAL NOTES ON
NON-WARRANTY REPAIRS.
Any item or product sent for repair that is
out of warranty (or has voided warranty), in which we have not been able to
return ship
due to absence of payment by the customer, will be sold for the outstanding
charges for repair after thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the
product by Weldtron, Inc.. These same procedures apply to ALL REPAIRS
SENT TO US WITHOUT return information or inadequate information to contact the
customer.
