Our Technical Capabilities

Our primary expertise is in the design, maintenance/repair of electrical and electronic devices that control DC power.  Welding machinery controls are our specialty.

We perform all functions from initial concept, to design, prototype and pc board layout here at our facility.  Furthermore, we manufacture all of our products "in house" and finalize the process with our wave soldering machine.  All testing, repairs and modifications to any product we manufacture is performed within our facility.  We do not subcontract any repair or manufacturing services.

Our specialty rests in the design of dedicated logic and analog controls.   Simplicity is our motto.  Dedicated logic controllers do not utilize software or programming language.  Our circuits and controllers are non-computerized and perform their functions based upon the design of the discrete circuits within them.   Our controllers that perform logic functions that must change from time to time are designed with switches, jumpers or modules that can be manipulated to perform in the manner desired.

What does this mean?  It means several things.

First, our products are designed to be repairable.  We use only standard "off the shelf" components and NEVER use specialized unique integrated circuits.  This means that you can be anywhere in the world and have the unit repaired.   We don't mean replaced--we mean repaired!  We design on single sided circuit boards so that any individual with a soldering iron can replace components to the board without causing damage to the traces.  It also means that you will not be held hostage by the original vendor by making you totally reliant on him for the service to get you up and running again. 

Second, our products will operate for as long as standard electronic parts are available and will last beyond the life of your equipment or machinery.  Unlike programmed or computerized controls, our products do not become obsolete.  Their functions and operations continue on regardless as to the state of the art in a future time period.

Third, reliability.  When you use devices with dedicated logic you will not be faced with "bugs", programming problems, software glitches or incompatibility, spurious problems or other strange things that happen with computerized devices.

And finally, since we are the inventors, developers and manufacturers of all that we sell, you will NEVER be faced with "passing the buck" when it comes time for support.  Since we do not utilize any other vendor's subassemblies or designs, we can always give complete and instant total support to you concerning any product we sell.   How many times have you bought a piece of equipment only to find out that the original OEM does not provide support for all of the assemblies and parts to the unit?
