Sales Policy

TERMS OF SALE

All sales are FINAL and products cannot be returned unless ALL of the following requirements are met:
 
The original integral packaging or wrapping of the product is unopened and undisturbed.
(AND)
The product was not installed or used.
(AND)
Serial numbers and other identifying information have not been tampered with.
(AND)
The product was not physically damaged.
(AND)
The product is returned within a timeframe of 10 calendar days from date of purchase.

Upon return of products that meet these requirements, you will be credited (or refunded) your original purchase amount less our original shipping charges or any other additional charges we incurred in sale or original shipment.

The effective date of sale is the original invoice date we shipped the product.  In the event that the product was purchased from anyone other than a direct sale from us, you must return the product to the original seller and comply with their return policy.

No returns will be accepted, nor credit (or refund) granted until the original method in which paid (or instrument of payment) has cleared all financial institutions for a period of 30 (thirty) days.
